Keanu Reeves

Keanu Charles Reeves was born on 2nd September 1964 at Beirut, Lebanon. His father Samuel Nowlin Reeves was a geologist.

Keanu's father was sentenced to 10 years in prison for cocaine and heroin possession and therefore left Keanu when he was only 2 years old. His mother Patricia a costume designer was divorced four times. His first step father was Paul Aaron who divorced his mother after six months of marriage. Paul Aaron was a theater director. Then Robert Miller, a rock promoter by profession married and stayed with Reeves mother for five years. Jack Bond, a hair saloon owner also married his mother but later divorced Reeves' mother in the year 1994. Kim (Keanu's sister) was born on 1966. Karina (Keanu's half-sister) was born on 1976. Her father was Robert Miller.

Keanu Charles Reeves was educated at De La Salle College where he studied only for one year. Then he joined Second City workshop, Hedgerow Theater, Moylan, Pennsylvania. He was very talented as a boy. He was the member of the Dogstar band. His most significant awards include MTV Movie Award in the year 1992 for Most Desirable Male for Point Break. Then in the year 1995 MTV Movie Award for Best Onscreen Duo for the film Speed.
