Jennifer McCarthy

Jennifer McCarthy was born on 1st November 1972 at Chicago, Illinois to the couple of Dan McCarthy and Linda McCarthy. She got her education from Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School, Chicago, Illinois and Southern Illinois University. Jenny McCarthy has a very interesting personality. This passionate girl`s wonderful charisma and typical facial expressions on MTV`s `Singled Out` made this game show more interesting. This beauty has got something in her that make all the Hollywood producers approach her with proposals for game shows and talk shows.

But not long ago in the year of 1992 Jenny was struggling to find enough money to continue with her second year of nursing studies. This lack of finance promoted her to pursue a modeling career.

To her utter disbelief Jenny found out that her body was too curvy for modeling and Playboy prefers full-figured women. So she delivered some photographs of her to the magazine`s office in Chicago. As soon the editor saw her photographs he was impressed and made McCarthy pose as Miss October 1993. Then after a couple of months later she became `Playmate of the Year`.

After all this she decided to leave her home in Chicago and go to Los Angeles to become famous. But she found that all was not as easy as she was unable to find the right auditions in Hollywood. But persistent help from Ray Manzella, McCarthy`s manager and boyfriend led her to an interview at MTV. MTV`s network producer immediately liked her and signed her for their new show `Singled Out`.

She was an immediate success and therefore MTV did not want to lose out on their new star and agreed on a one-year contract. They then helped and transferred her to a fully developed VJ. They also gave her enough freedom to make a program of any kind that would suit her talents.

To pursue her new MTV series `The Jenny McCarthy Show` she had to abandon hosting `Singled Out`. She then went on to develop a sitcom called `Jenny` for NBC.

The same time Playboy expressed their desire to issue some more nude shots which Jenny declined.

She then went on to play a nurse in `Things To Do in Denver When You`re Dead` in 1995 and later appeared in `The Stupids` portraying a neurotic movie star in the year 1996 opposite Tom Arnold.
