Faith Hill

Faith Hill was born on 21st of September 1967 at Jackson, Mississippi, USA. Faith Hill has become a well known name all over the world.

Within six years of her debut Faith Hill sold more than 11 million records. Among them eight became No. 1 singles and ten are No. 1 videos. Over these past years she has received several nominations and awards from the Grammy Awards, the Country Music Association, Blockbuster Awards, the Academy of Country Music Awards, and TNN Music City News Awards. The single 'This Kiss' was a huge success all over the world. In the year 1999 she appeared on the VH1 Divas Live, where she performed at the same stage with Tina Turner, Cher and Whitney Houston. She was announced as the newest face for CoverGirl Cosmetics. She also appeared on the cover page of numerous magazines such as People, Country Weekly, TV Guide and Glamour.

She completed a 50-city tour for her series of performances and therefore had six weeks to finish 'Breathe', the next album to be released.

She once said that she worked very hard that year and as a result could not enjoy enough free moments. She was totally exhausted but was happy with musical progress.

Faith's fourth album takes the listener on a spiritual and exciting. She translated 'If I Should Fall Behind' to pay her respect and gratitude to Bruce Springsteen.

The song became special after she went on to meet Bruce at one of his shows. She feels that the lyrical part is devastating and the message is so catchy that it can touch any soul.

Hill always desires to perform and record songs that she likes from the bottom of her heart. Her desire has helped her immensely, to explore new horizons for herself and for her music. She feels that the fear of failure should not effect the concentration and desire to succeed. According to her 'Breathe' is a mixture of musical styles that reflects her love and passion for her country and tidings.

She has always taken chances with her music as an artist to achieve greater and sweeter things, so as to please her fans. She feels that she is nothing without her fans and followers.

She always tries to give her best along with her producers and musicians.

As far her personal life goes Hill is married and has learned how to deal with motherhood, marriage and her super-stardom at the same time. Although she is married and became a mother the dedication, passion, focus and her commitment has been the same. This is a hallmark of a sincere lady.
