Denise Richards

Denise Richards was born on 17th February 1972 at Downers Grove, Illinois, USA to the couple of Irv Richards and Joni Richards. When Denise was 15 years old she moved with her family to New York where her modeling career got noticed.

She was photographed in New York, Tokyo and Paris for magazines and commercials. It was a success. Los Angeles became her next destination where she was cast in television`s `Life Goes On` in the year 1989. The following year, she met Melrose Place`s Patrick Muldoon with whom she follows a sound relation. Richards was casted in TV`s `Saved By The Bell` and `Married With Children` in the year 1991. She also appeared in the TV movies `Eerie`, `Indiana` in 1992 and `Bodies of Evidence` in 1993 and the series `Against the Grain` in 1993, `Seinfeld` (The Shoes episode) in 1993 and `Lois and Clark` in 1994. National Lampoon`s `Loaded Weapon` in 1993 was Richard`s debut in films, and then she took on `Tammy and the T-Rex` and `Lookin Italian` in the year 1994. In the following year she appeared in `919 Fifth Avenue` and `PCH`. The year 1996 was also moderate for her as she found roles waiting for her in `Weird Science` and `In The Blink Of An Eye`.

The next year was huge for her. Richards starred in `Starship Troopers` with Muldoon in 1997, `Wild Things` in 1998 where the famous kiss took place. The role in `Wild Things` generated the most press attention, and was certainly the most talking point of her career. She still wonders how a mere kiss scene (according to her) got such an attention.

In the year 1999, Denise worked very hard and steadily in `Tail Lights Fade`, `Drop Dead Gorgeous` and the James Bond flick `The World Is Not Enough`, although many people still believe that she was the worst actress to couple with Pierce Brosnan.

She also appeared in `The Third Wheel` and `Starship Troopers II`. Her popularity has touched such level that she was booked for a minimum of half a dozen awards presenting ceremony. She now plans to start her own website to encounter her `Wild Things` image. She wants to show to each web surfers that the famous kiss delivered, required a hard working actress with lots of talent, charm and maturity.
